Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers, cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong organizational, communication,



and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities.
Support the development of project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Track project deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Identify potential project risks and assist in implementing mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, and project governance.
Facilitate project meetings and follow up on action items.
Support change management and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain project management tools and ensure data accuracy.
