Role Overview
The role is that of an IT Platform & Automation Engineer to own and automate the internal technology platform our teams across India and the US run on every day: identity and access, the endpoint fleet, office and remote connectivity including VPN, and the SaaS stack the company depends on. You will treat that platform as something to be engineered rather than administered: scripting away manual work, building the integrations that keep systems in sync,



and leading end-to-end migrations that move users and data between vendors without disruption or loss. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands these systems from first principles rather than from a runbook, who spots and fixes problems before anyone raises a ticket, and who uses contemporary AI tooling to move faster than a team this size normally could.

What You'll Do
• Automate recurring operational work: script against platform and SaaS APIs in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to eliminate manual provisioning, reporting, and offboarding.
• Lead migrations end-to-end: plan and execute moves between vendors and systems with zero data loss, covering mail and file migrations, tenant consolidations, identity provider and MDM cutovers, and on-premise to cloud transitions, owning validation and rollback at every step.
