About the Role

We're Hiring: Regional Sales Manager – Haryana, Gujarat, UP, Delhi. Candidates based in Ludhiana preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve regional sales, revenue, and collection targets
Develop and expand the distributor and dealer network
Lead, coach, and monitor Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives
Prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plans
Identify recent business opportunities and expand market presence
Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and distributors
Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure product availability
Drive new product launches and channel marketing initiatives

Qualifications

Experience: 5-8 years

Required Skills

Sales Management, PAN India Sales management, Team handling, Direct Sales, Field sales, Travel.

Pay range and compensation package

CTC: upto 9 LPA
