Role Description The Purchasing Executive (Retail Industry - 30k) is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory levels, comparing prices and terms, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.



The Purchasing Executive also collaborates with internal teams to understand product requirements, resolves order and delivery issues, and supports cost-control initiatives within the retail operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions to manage documentation and ensure accurate order processing.
Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement to handle vendor selection, negotiations, and supply continuity.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and store teams.
Relevant experience in retail purchasing or supply chain operations is beneficial.
