About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Strategy & Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and enjoys solving complex business problems at the intersection of strategy, execution, and clean energy.
The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, improve organizational processes, support international business expansion, and contribute to new product launches.

Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic initiatives to support business growth across domestic and international markets.
Support export growth initiatives across Europe, Americas, and the Middle East.
Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency through AI-enabled process improvements.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to execute strategic projects.




Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
Build business cases and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Track key business metrics and prepare dashboards, presentations, and management reports.
Assist leadership in planning, execution, and monitoring of high-impact strategic projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
Present recommendations and insights to senior leadership.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).
