Job description:

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and client management skills who can confidently present our products and services, build lasting client relationships, and convert leads into successful sales.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the architecture or interior design industry and possess a solid understanding of client expectations within the design and construction space.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Understand client requirements, project timelines, and site progress to recommend suitable products and solutions.
Pitch relevant products to clients based on their project stage and on-site requirements, ensuring the right solutions are presented at the right time.
Confidently present product benefits, address client concerns, negotiate effectively, and close deals successfully.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and regular follow-ups.
Handle client inquiries, objections,



negotiations, and follow-ups professionally.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role within the architecture or interior design industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in client communication, relationship management, and client handling.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable products.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
