Role Overview
We're hiring a Video Editor — freshers welcome — to join our team with a transparent path to full-time employment. From day one, you'll get hands-on training and real exposure editing for social media, ad campaigns, and marketing content across multiple industries. No two weeks look the same here. You'll report directly to the Social Media Manager and work closely with the account management team.
Key Responsibilities
Edit raw footage into polished videos for Reels, Ads, Long-Form Videos, and Podcasts.
Work across multiple client projects simultaneously, meeting tight turnaround times.




Collaborate with the creative and account teams to align edits with client branding and campaign goals.
Add graphics, transitions, sound, and effects as needed.
Manage and organize video assets and project files.
Requirements
Freshers welcome — a portfolio, personal projects, or college coursework showcasing editing skills is a plus.
Basic working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects (self-taught or college-level experience is fine).
DaVinci Resolve — not mandatory, but an added advantage.
Willingness to learn, work under pressure, and manage multiple deadlines.
Laptop required (minimum 16GB RAM recommended for smooth editing).
Robust attention to detail and a creative eye.

Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM
Internship Structure (First 4 Months)
Monthly performance reviews with feedback and mentorship.
Stipend: ₹10,000/month.
