Role Description The Junior Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the associate will support business growth by identifying and qualifying recent leads, conducting market research, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and outreach activities. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations about Oliveboard’s offerings to potential partners, institutions, and stakeholders,



as well as assisting senior team members with proposals and follow-ups. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to understand product features, gather feedback from the market, and contribute to refining business development strategies. Daily work includes communicating with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings, tracking progress against targets, and reporting key insights to the business development leadership.
