THE ROLE
You are the gateway to FlytBase's pipeline. Every inbound lead - from website forms, events, partner referrals, or marketing campaigns - lands with you first. Your job is to qualify rapid, route correctly, and ensure that only sales-ready opportunities reach the AE, while keeping every other lead warm until they are.
You'll be making judgment calls on real prospects - energy companies,
mining firms, infrastructure operators - who are exploring autonomous site intelligence for the first time. You'll research their accounts, send the right material, ask the right questions, and determine whether a lead is ready for an AE, needs nurturing, or belongs with a regional partner.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Inbound qualification & segmentation: Evaluate every inbound lead for fit, urgency, and readiness - decide what's real and what's noise, and triage accordingly (AE, nurture, or partner hand-off)
First contact execution: Respond to qualified inbounds within SLA with personalised, researched outreach - not templates
Account research: Use AI tools to build deep context on each account - company size, budget signals, likely decision-makers, strategic priorities
Lead nurturing: For leads not yet ready, develop and execute nurturing sequences that keep FlytBase top of mind and move them forward
