Position Description:
The Data Scientist is crucial in leveraging data to derive meaningful insights and solutions for complex business problems. This individual will lead and guide the data science team in developing advanced analytical models, algorithms, and statistical analyses. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data-driven solutions, making strategic decisions, and enhancing overall business performance. The Data Scientist will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models, conducting data exploration, and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate their goals into data science initiatives, taking a leadership role in project definition.
Lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models and algorithms to place ads in the context of cutting-edge privacy frameworks efficiently,



ensuring scalability and robustness.
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize budget allocation in scenarios with high cardinality and uncertainty, driving significant business impact.
Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis to discover complex data sets' patterns, trends, and insights, providing strategic recommendations.
Communicate complex analytical findings in a transparent and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and relevant technologies, driving adoption of best practices within the team.
Lead the development and training of sophisticated ML/DL models for forecasting/classification, optimizing for performance and interpretability.
Design and build robust AI agents & RAG-based systems, overseeing their deployment and maintenance.
