Key Responsibilities

Designing, developing, testing and deploying solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Omnistudio, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and the declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, process automation)
Ability to debug production issues quickly , provide work around to Business users if available and prioritize permanent fix
Translating user stories and technical designs into working, maintainable features aligned to the solution roadmap
Building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events and middleware
Writing high-quality, well-documented code with solid unit-test coverage and adherence to Salesforce best practices and governor limits
Participating in code reviews and enforcing coding standards under the guidance of the Solution Architect
Configuring Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities to meet business requirements




Supporting the full software development lifecycle — estimation, build, testing, deployment and defect resolution
Hands-on on change set, data mappers and Omni studio deployments.
Collaborating closely with Product, QA and Architecture within an Agile delivery team
Contributing to the growth of the Salesforce Practice by producing reusable components and assets

Must Have Skills

Solid hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform, ideally on large enterprise implementations
Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL and asynchronous Apex
Omnistudio experience is must (Omniscript, Integration Procedure and Data Mappers)
Experience with declarative automation — Flows, validation rules and process automation — and knowing when to configure vs. code
Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP integrations, platform events and API-based data exchange
Understanding of the Salesforce data mode
