Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both online and offline marketing, performance marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities to drive brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support business growth through cutting-edge marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Plan and implement ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and display campaigns.
Drive qualified lead generation through digital platforms, offline campaigns, channel partners, events, and promotional activities.
Plan, execute, monitor,



and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Track campaign performance, analyze key marketing metrics, and ensure optimum Return on Investment (ROI).
Develop and implement effective social media strategies to strengthen the company's online presence and audience engagement.
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing communications, advertising, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, printers, and vendors for marketing campaigns and branding activities.
Organize exhibitions, property expos, roadshows, customer engagement events, and promotional campaigns.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies to identify new business opportunities.
