We run high-impact ad campaigns for a diverse client roster — and we're looking for someone who wants to build strong, hands-on experience in paid advertising strategy and execution while learning rapid alongside an experienced marketing team.
Role Overview
We're hiring a PPC Executive — freshers welcome — to join our team with a explicit path to full-time employment. From day one, you'll get hands-on training and real exposure planning and running ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn for clients across multiple industries. You'll start on smaller accounts (₹500/day spend) and grow into managing larger client budgets (up to ₹10,000/day spend) — typically within the first 2 months — as you build experience and confidence.



A structured way to learn without being thrown into high-stakes campaigns on day one. You'll report directly to Social Media Manager and work closely with the creative and account management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and develop paid ad strategy for client campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Define content and creative requirements, and share these with the creative team.
Once content is delivered, implement and launch campaigns on the respective ad platforms.
Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimizations (bids, budgets, targeting, creatives) to improve results.
Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and report performance to clients/internal team.
Coordinate closely with the creative team — providing feedback and suggestions to improve content performance.
Work across multiple client accounts simultaneously, meeting deadlines and performance targets.
