Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions.
Analyze business requirements and design transportation and logistics solutions.
Configure OTM modules including shipment planning, order management, tendering, execution, freight settlement, and transportation visibility.
Manage carrier onboarding, rate management, routing guides, and transportation networks.
Integrate OTM with Oracle ERP, Oracle SCM Cloud, WMS, EBS, and third-party applications.
Develop and maintain interfaces using XML, EDI, APIs, and web services.
Participate in full lifecycle implementation projects including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Support freight payment, audit processes, and transportation analytics.
Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and end-user documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain optimization initiatives.
