Doros Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an AI Engineer for our Mumbai team.
We are a technology-first retail broking firm being built from the ground up. This
is an early, high-ownership role for an engineer who wants to put agentic AI to
work on real operational problems — not demos, but systems that run the business.
Role:
- Design and build agentic AI workflows that automate real processes across
onboarding, operations, compliance and customer support
- Build and orchestrate multi-step agents that reason, call tools and act across
our internal systems
- Integrate LLMs with our trading, back-office and CRM stack through APIs
- Own the full loop — prototype, evaluate, deploy, monitor and improve in production
- Work directly with the founder and operations team to decide what to automate
and why
What we are looking for:
- [3]+ years building software,
with hands-on experience shipping LLM or
agentic-AI applications
- Robust Python; comfort with agent frameworks, tool/function calling, RAG and
workflow orchestration
- A builder's instinct — you can take a vague problem and turn it into a working
system
- Bonus: exposure to fintech, broking or any regulated, data-sensitive environment
You will have unusual latitude here. Because we are building from zero, the systems
you design won't be bolted onto legacy — they'll be the foundation.
