Quality & Compliance Officer | Product Safety & Regulatory
We are looking for a Quality & Compliance Manager with 5-8 years of experience in a Tier-1 TIC / Testing, Inspection & Certification organization.
What you'll own:
Product safety and compliance across India and global markets
Identify applicable standards, testing requirements and labeling requirements for new products
Review test plans, test reports and failures, and drive corrective actions
Manage BIS compliance, testing, documentation and audits
Work closely with testing laboratories and certification bodies
Support Product Development in building compliant, launch-ready products
Review packaging, artwork, warnings and product documentation
Support quality improvement with vendors and factories




What we're looking for:
5-8 years of relevant experience in a Tier-1 TIC/testing organization
Preferably experience in toy testing and packaging compliance
Robust understanding of product testing and international standards
Ability to interpret standards and translate them into practical product requirements
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Experience with BIS and international compliance is a strong plus
