Key Responsibilities – Account Director (6–7+ Years Experience)
Lead and manage key client accounts and overall PR strategy
Build solid relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact
Develop and execute integrated PR and communications campaigns
Drive media relations, strategic pitching, and high-quality media coverage
Identify new and relevant media opportunities for clients
Develop thought leadership, authored articles, interviews, and speaking opportunities
Lead crisis communication and reputation management when required
Manage and mentor account teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Review and approve pitches, press releases, content, and client deliverables
Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and present results to clients
Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and new business
Stay updated on industry trends, media landscape, and emerging communication opportunities
Manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines effectively
