Job Description:

Title: Senior Specialist - Organization Development (Lead Performance Management Systems)

Experience: 10 to 13 years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Organization Development, Leadership Development or related HR COE roles

Reporting To: Lead PMS Talent Career team

Location: Mumbai (Powai)

Role Purpose
This role will support the design implementation governance and continuous evolution of enterprise wide.



Performance Management Talent Career and Leadership Development initiatives The incumbent will play a key role in driving strategic Organization Development interventions strengthening behavioural competency frameworks enabling career architecture initiatives and supporting the reimagination of the Performance Management System PMS
Given the scale and complexity of ongoing transformation programs including Career Framework revamp Behavioural Competency Framework development PMS redesign and leadership development initiatives this role will provide critical support in both strategy execution and operational governance

Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
Support the redesign and continuous enhancement of the organizations Performance Management framework
Drive performance processes including goal setting continuous conversations feedback calibration and performance review cycles
Monitor adoption effectiveness and governance of PMS processes tools and policies
Partner with HR business leaders and technology teams to implement system and process enhancements
