Job Overview:
We are seeking a agile, commercially driven Assistant General Manager – Operations to lead end-to-end operations across our entertainment and amusement businesses. The role will drive operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, commercial performance, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership & Business Excellence: Lead overall operations across F&B;, Guest Services, Entertainment, Retail and Facilities, driving process excellence, efficiency, safety, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Food & Beverage Operations: Lead F&B; operations with focus on food quality, hygiene,



service standards, menu innovation, inventory optimization, cost control and profitability.
Commercial Performance & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and profitability across F&B;, entertainment, retail, events and other business streams through revenue strategies, performance analysis and effective operational planning.
Guest Experience & Brand Excellence: Build a guest-centric culture by delivering exceptional hospitality, enhancing engagement and satisfaction, and maintaining consistent service standards.
Cost Management & Financial Control: Manage operational budgets and control food, labour, inventory, utilities and other operating costs while maintaining quality and service standards.
Business Expansion & Operational Readiness: Lead operational readiness for new projects, expansions and enhancements, including manpower, equipment, processes, technology and execution planning.
