Role Description The Recruiting Intern role at Big Bulls is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. Daily tasks include supporting interview logistics, maintaining candidate databases, and communicating with applicants and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. The role also involves helping with onboarding and training coordination, preparing recruitment reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring processes. The intern will work closely with the recruitment team to learn best practices and gain exposure to a variety of roles and functions within the organization.
