Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up with prospective clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property visits and client meetings
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate sales records and follow-ups
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Positive understanding of the Nagpur real estate market
Proven track record of lead conversion and deal closures
Professional client-handling approach
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Salary & Incentives
Starting Salary: ₹20,000/month
Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, and performance.
