Scope of Work:

Junior Graphic Designer
Objective: Execute day-to-day creative requirements while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of marketing and packaging assets.
Key Responsibilities
Execute creatives for digital, print, trade marketing, and retail branding.
Develop adaptations of campaign creatives across multiple formats and sizes.
Prepare packaging and label artwork as per approved specifications.
Create POSM including danglers, wobblers, standees, shelf strips, display units, dealer boards, etc.
Design catalogues, brochures, presentations, product leaflets, and corporate communication materials.
Prepare production-ready artwork for print and packaging.
Ensure all creatives adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with marketing, printers, vendors, and production teams for artwork revisions.
Maintain artwork archives and version control.
Complete assigned projects within agreed timelines.





Senior Graphic Designer
Objective: Lead the brand's visual identity by conceptualizing campaigns, ensuring design excellence, managing creative execution, and maintaining consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts for ATL, BTL, Digital, Retail, Trade Marketing, Packaging, and Corporate Branding.
Lead visual communication for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
Oversee packaging design, artwork development, and production approvals.
Review and approve all creative outputs before release.
Ensure consistency across packaging, digital, retail, exhibitions, and corporate communication.
Lead photoshoots, product mockups, and creative direction for visual assets.
Mentor junior designers and allocate work based on priorities.
Coordinate with agencies, printers, packaging vendors, photographers, and production partners.
