Role Description The Sales & Business Development Intern at Blueprint Minds will support outreach and relationship-building with schools, edtech partners, publishers, and program sponsors. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting introductory calls, coordinating meetings, and assisting in preparing presentations and proposals.



The intern will maintain CRM records, track follow-ups, and support the sales team in managing pipelines and reporting. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, involving close collaboration with the business development and academic teams. The intern will also assist in organizing client workshops or training sessions and gather feedback to improve offerings and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and partners.
Foundational Sales and Sales Management abilities to support lead generation, pipeline tracking, and account follow-up.
Training and presentation skills to assist in client workshops, demos, and onboarding activities.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
