Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping the vision, strategy, and growth of Travel Surity as a full-time, in office position based in North Delhi. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations, guiding business development, and coordinating with teams across sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of travel solutions. The role involves identifying new market opportunities,



building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and refining service offerings based on customer needs and industry trends. The Co-Founder will also manage budgets and performance metrics, support hiring and team development, and represent the company in client meetings and industry events. Collaboration, decision-making, and hands-on involvement in key projects are central to this position.
