Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, communicating with potential clients, and supporting the company in achieving its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, job portals, and social media.
• Identify and connect with potential clients and companies.
• Understand client requirements and communicate suitable company services.
• Make cold calls and follow up with potential clients.
• Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and share company profiles, proposals, and service details.
• Maintain lead and client information in Excel/CRM.




• Coordinate with the technical/recruitment team for client requirements.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Required Skills:
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Sales and Marketing.
• Good English communication skills.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
• Willingness to learn IT services and business development processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate in BBA, B.Com, MBA, BCA, or any relevant field.
