Role Description This is a full-time, in office Career Counselor role based in Kozhikode.



The Career Counselor will guide healthcare and other professionals through career planning, licensing pathways, and job opportunities, aligning their goals with global healthcare market requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing career interests and skills, and helping individuals create structured career development plans. The role involves supporting students and early-career professionals, providing information on training programs and certifications, and maintaining accurate records of counseling activities. The Career Counselor will collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive up-to-date information on licensing procedures, and will contribute to workshops, seminars, and outreach initiatives to enhance awareness of career options and licensing processes.
