Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and growth-oriented Business Operations & Growth Executive to support business development, partner onboarding, customer engagement, community operations, and day-to-day business execution.
The role involves working closely with trainers, activity providers, academies, apartment communities, parents, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with communication, lead generation, follow-ups, coordination, and managing multiple operational activities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for trainers, activity providers, academies, apartment communities, schools, and potential business partners.
Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships throughout the sales and onboarding cycle.
Maintain and update lead databases, CRM records,



and follow-up trackers.
Schedule and coordinate demos, discovery calls, meetings, and partner discussions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and communicate professionally with customers and partners.
Explain company services, offerings, and perks to prospective customers and partners.
Assist trainers and activity providers with registration, documentation, verification, and onboarding.
Coordinate with apartment communities, RWAs, academies, trainers, and other stakeholders.
Support the launch and coordination of activities, workshops, demos, and community events.
Coordinate participant registrations, schedules, attendance, and activity-related communication.
Support social media and community engagement activities.
Respond to customer and partner queries and coordinate timely resolution.
Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and reports.
