We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering
In this role, you will:
Shape and run the Private Cloud internal customer engagement model (cadence, forums, communications, feedback loops); act as primary customer contact for demand, priorities, expectations, and outcomes.
Translate customer needs into clear requirements for Product/Service Owners, balancing value, risk,



and delivery feasibility.
Build relationships across CTO technology teams to anticipate issues, unblock delivery, and improve customer experience.
Coordinate cross-domain dependencies (Connectivity, Enterprise Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Architecture, Engineering) for sequencing and operational readiness.
Embed security, resilience, architecture standards, and engineering guardrails; escalate trade-offs for leadership decisions.
Lead governance readiness (service reviews, QBRs, steering): narratives, metrics, and decision asks; track progress, advantages realisation, and risk mitigation to closure.
Support Head of Private Cloud on platform strategy, transformation roadmap, operating model improvements (RACI/governance/tooling/service catalogue), and service ownership (SLO/SLAs, KPIs, resilience engineering).
