Key Responsibilities
Handle daily e-commerce order dispatch operations.
Verify orders, products, quantities, and shipping details before dispatch.
Pack jewellery/products safely and securely as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely shipment.
Maintain dispatch records and update order status in the system.
Ensure accurate documentation, invoices, labels, and shipping details.
Coordinate with the E-Commerce and Warehouse teams regarding pending or urgent orders.
Handle returns, exchanges, and undelivered shipments as required.
Ensure proper inventory handover and maintain dispatch accuracy.
Follow company policies and maintain discipline and accountability.
Candidate Requirements
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Knowledge of e-commerce order processing/dispatch will be an added advantage.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Candidates with prior experience in e-commerce, warehouse, courier, logistics, or dispatch operations will be preferred.
