Guest Relations Executive (GRE) — Lake Ridge City Sales Office

About the role

The GRE is the first and last impression of Lake Ridge City. You will own the client experience at the Sales Experience Centre — from the moment a prospective homebuyer walks in to the moment they leave. This role sits independently of the sales team, reporting directly to the Marketing & Commercial Head, and carries genuine responsibility for how the project is perceived, how visits are documented, and how client interactions are tracked across the entire journey.
This is not a support role. It is a front-of-house leadership role for a premium township launch.

What you will do

Client welcome & experience
Receive walk-in clients, channel partner visits, and scheduled site appointments with warmth and professionalism
Manage waiting comfort — refreshments, project brochures,



ambient experience — so every visitor feels the quality of the product before the conversation even begins
Conduct a brief structured welcome interaction to understand the visitor's profile (self-reference, CP referral, digital lead, etc.) before handing off to a sales consultant
Documentation & reporting
Maintain a real-time footfall register capturing visitor name, contact, source, time-in, time-out, consultant assigned, and visit outcome
Prepare a daily end-of-day summary report shared directly with the Marketing & Commercial Head — covering footfall, source mix, feedback observations, and any process gaps noticed during the day
Track and flag instances where visitor feedback or body language at exit differs from what has been logged by the sales team
Coordination & process adherence
Manage appointment scheduling and ensure consultants are briefed and ready before each client arrives
Coordinate with the back-office team on token amounts, booking documentation
