The Inside Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management. This position is vital for managing customer portfolios, generating recent business opportunities, and supporting sales activities remotely using CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned customer portfolio and drive revenue growth.
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in CRM.
Support product launches and cross-selling/up-selling initiatives.
Achieve defined sales targets and KPIs.
Handle inbound leads from campaigns, website, or referrals.
Pre-qualify leads via calls/emails and follow up to convert opportunities into sales.
Coordinate with field sales for complex opportunities.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams like logistics and pricing.
Use CRM tools to track leads and interactions, ensuring data accuracy and reporting.
Support digital platform adoption and process improvements.
Regularly follow up on collections and coordinate with finance for account reconciliations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
Experience in inside sales/customer service.
Proficiency with CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Team collaboration skills.
