Job Description

Oversee the installation, testing,



and commissioning of PHE and HVAC systems on-site.
Ensure that all mechanical works are executed as per approved designs, specifications, and project schedules.
Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards.
Monitor daily site activities and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during construction.
Review and interpret mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications for PHE and HVAC systems.
Ensure proper integration of mechanical systems with other disciplines, such as electrical and civil works.
Provide technical guidance on the selection of equipment and materials for PHE and HVAC systems.
Implement energy-productive and sustainable practices in PHE and HVAC system design and execution.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
