Position: Procure to Pay (P2P) Team Lead
Location: Ambattur, Chennai
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Shift: Night Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Procure to Pay (P2P) team to ensure smooth and timely processing of transactions.
Oversee end-to-end P2P operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, purchase order compliance, and payment processing.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
Handle escalations, resolve process-related issues, and drive continuous process improvements.
Conduct regular reviews, team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance feedback discussions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve payment and procurement-related queries.
Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and present insights to management.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, controls, and financial regulations.




Support audits and maintain accurate documentation of all transactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1+ year of Team Lead experience on papers in Procure to Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations.
Strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, PO management, and payment cycles.
Excellent people management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar finance systems.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
