? Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop casing accessories as per customer requirements and applicable API standards.
• Prepare 3D models, detailed manufacturing & assembly drawings, BOMs, and technical datasheets.
• Perform engineering calculations,



design verification, and validation activities.
• Prepare design packages, test procedures, qualification documents, and technical reports.
• Review customer specifications, purchase orders, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchase, and Testing departments.
• Maintain design-change records and ensure proper revision control of drawings and documents.
? Required Qualifications & Skills:
• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in oilfield casing accessories, cementing equipment, or downhole tools
• Proficiency in SolidWorks & AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and material selection
• Familiarity with API Spec 10F, API Spec 10D, API Spec 5CT, API Spec 5B & API Q1 will be preferred
• Knowledge of machining, fabrication, welding, elastomers, and product-
