Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Commercial Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting market analysis, coordinating property showings, negotiating property deals,



and maintaining excellent customer service. Additional day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing contracts, liaising with finance teams, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Skills in Commercial Real Estate
Excellent Communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients
Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
