About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of product initiatives from ideation to execution. The role involves understanding customer requirements, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring products continuously evolve based on market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the product roadmap and priorities.
Conduct customer, market, and competitor research.
Translate business and customer requirements into actionable product initiatives.
Work closely with technology, design, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities.
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Define and track key product metrics.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in product management or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of customer and market research.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ownership and execution mindset.
