Role Description The Business Development Executive role at SPARKIIT is a full-time, in office position based in Agartala. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships with colleges, training organizations, and corporate partners. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, generate and qualify leads, manage outreach through calls,



emails, and meetings, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The role includes preparing proposals, presentations, and agreements, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful program delivery, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Business Development Executive will also represent SPARKIIT at events, seminars, and student engagement activities to promote programs and strengthen brand visibility.
Qualifications
Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation initiatives, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Strong Business and Account Management skills to nurture client relationships, manage expectations, and support long-term partnerships.
