Role Description The Customer Success Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role focuses on supporting customers across channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to inquiries and issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving customer concerns,



guiding customers through product or service usage, documenting interactions in CRM tools, and escalating complex cases when needed. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, identify service gaps, and contribute feedback that enhances the overall customer experience. The role also involves meeting performance targets, adhering to quality and compliance standards, and participating in ongoing training to stay current on products, services, and customer support best practices.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional or foreign languages are an advantage.
Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and common office software; ability to manage multi-channel support (voice, email, chat, social media).
