About the Role




We are hiring a Principal – Investments to lead investment execution and portfolio development across Induckt Vision Fund-I.

Reporting directly to the Founder & Managing General Partner, you will be responsible for full-cycle venture investing—from sourcing proprietary opportunities and investment evaluation to transaction execution and portfolio value creation.You will also mentor junior investment professionals and play an active role in shaping the investment strategy of the Fund.

This is a leadership role with a explicit path towards greater investment responsibility within the Fund.

What You'll Lead End-to-End Deal Execution
Build proprietary deal flow across India's startup ecosystem.
Source and evaluate investment opportunities in DeepTech and emerging technologies.
Lead founder meetings and investment discussions.
Drive commercial, financial and business diligence.
Build financial models and valuation analyses.
Prepare Investment Committee papers and investment memorandums.
