Apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles to solve business and usability challenges.
Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
Design up-to-date, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces aligned with current market standards.
Develop scalable design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
Ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Collaborate with Product Managers,
Business Analysts, Developers, and Architects throughout the product lifecycle.
Facilitate design reviews and provide recommendations for improving user experience.
Translate complex functional and technical requirements into actionable design solutions.
Design native and responsive experiences for iOS, Android, and web applications (Salesforce and ANAPLAN knowledge is an advantage).
Optimize experiences for various screen sizes and device capabilities.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 or higher).
Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative UI/UX approaches.
