About the role:
FlairUP is hiring an experienced SEO Project Manager to manage SEO projects for US/UK clients. The role requires strong technical SEO expertise, client management, team handling, and the ability to drive SEO performance and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple SEO projects and US/UK client accounts.
Develop and execute SEO strategies for international markets.
Handle Technical, On-Page & Off-Page SEO.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and backlink analysis.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIs.
Identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, redirects, canonicalization, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema, Core Web Vitals, and site structure.
Manage internal linking, content optimization, and link-building strategies.




Use SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
Prepare SEO reports and present insights/recommendations to clients.
Handle SEO teams, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant SEO experience.
Mandatory: Proven experience working with US/UK clients.
Strong hands-on expertise in Technical, On-Page & Off-Page SEO.
Proficiency in SEMrush & Ahrefs.
Experience managing multiple projects/client accounts.
Team-handling and client-interaction experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Solid analytical, reporting, and project-management skills.
Willingness to work strictly on-site in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
Candidates without US/UK client experience will not be considered.
