Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute customer lifecycle & retention journeys
Reactivate dormant and inactive users through Email & WhatsApp automation
Create multichannel campaigns (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp, In-App & Web Push)
Manage customer segmentation and personalization strategies
Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
Track retention, reactivation, repeat purchase ratio & customer lifetime value (CLV)
Prepare performance reports with revenue impact insights
Collaborate with the Growth, Product, and Content teams
Required Skills:
1–3 years of experience in CRM, Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
Strong understanding of customer retention and lifecycle marketing
Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business goals
Proven ability to improve customer engagement, retention, and sales
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
