Key Responsibilities

As a Growth Associate / Growth Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities through extensive market, government, and competitive research. You will work directly with leadership to support strategic expansion initiatives.
Government Research & Tender Intelligence
Monitor government tenders across Central, State, Municipal, PSU, and Smart City portals.
Identify relevant bidding opportunities aligned with the company's business.
Analyze tender eligibility, technical requirements, timelines, and commercial feasibility.




Maintain a centralized database of upcoming and active tenders.
Track GeM, CPP Portal, municipal websites, and other procurement platforms.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct detailed competitor analysis across government and private sectors.
Research pricing strategies, rate cards, commercial benchmarks, and industry trends.
Monitor current market entrants, partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion activities.
Generate actionable market intelligence reports for leadership.
Government Ecosystem Research
Track government campaigns, awareness initiatives, public communication projects, and advertising opportunities.
Research ministries, departments, municipal corporations, development authorities, and public sector organizations.
Identify key government officials, decision-makers, departments, and stakeholders relevant to business development.
