Role Description The Training Manager role at Bharti AXA Life Insurance is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The Training Manager will plan, design, and deliver training programs for sales teams, branch staff, and other stakeholders to enhance product knowledge, sales skills,



and customer service capabilities. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions, creating training materials and tools, and coordinating with regional and corporate teams to align training content with business goals. The role involves assessing training needs, tracking participation and performance, and using feedback and metrics to improve training effectiveness.
