Role Description The Spot Boy role at Solution Talks is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves supporting day-to-day operations by assisting with set preparation, arranging equipment and materials, and ensuring that workspaces remain clean, organized, and ready for use. The Spot Boy will help with moving and placing props or supplies as directed, running errands within the premises, and providing general support to supervisors and other team members to keep activities running on schedule.



The role also includes following safety guidelines, handling basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when required, and responding promptly to instructions and requests from the team.
Qualifications
Ability to perform basic manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, organizing materials, and maintaining clean work areas.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability, with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members, and to understand task requirements.
Ability to work in office in Noida for full-time hours, including flexibility for varying schedules as needed.
Willingness to learn, adapt to different tasks, and maintain a respectful and collaborative attitude.
Previous experience in support, housekeeping, or assistant roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
