Role Description This is a full-time, in office IT Sales Executive role based in Chennai.



The IT Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, build and manage a pipeline of prospective logistics and freight forwarding customers, and conduct product demonstrations of Fresa’s ERP, mobile, and analytics solutions. The role involves engaging with decision-makers, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales in line with revenue targets. The IT Sales Executive will collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate sales reports, participating in local marketing and networking initiatives, and staying up to date on industry trends and Fresa’s evolving product capabilities.
