Role Description The Fitness Coach internship is a remote role focused on supporting clients in achieving their fitness and wellness objectives. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in designing and delivering virtual workout sessions, providing transparent and safe fitness instruction for individuals and groups. Responsibilities include developing basic training plans, offering guidance on general nutrition principles within scope of practice, tracking client progress,



and adapting sessions based on client feedback. The intern will also help create educational materials, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with senior coaches to ensure high-quality, engaging, and inclusive training experiences.
