Role Description The Home Loan Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves guiding clients through the home loan process, from initial inquiry to final disbursement, ensuring they understand loan options, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. The Home Loan Specialist will assess customer financial profiles, recommend suitable mortgage products,



and coordinate with internal teams and external partners, such as banks and housing finance institutions, to facilitate approvals. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing loan applications, verifying documents, resolving customer queries, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role also requires proactive follow-up on leads, building long-term relationships with clients, and contributing to sales targets and overall business growth.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practices, including home loan products and regulatory requirements.
Experience handling Loans, including assessment of eligibility, documentation, and end-to-end processing.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for explaining complex financial information clearly.
