Company Description: Unnaggi Productions is a content agency collaborating with stand-up comedians, creators, brands across India and Canada. The team specializes in a wide range of formats, from fast-paced Instagram Reels to long-form YouTube videos, behind-the-scenes content, and branded films. The agency focuses on turning creative ideas into high-quality, engaging content that supports clients' growth and audience reach.

We're looking for someone sharp, organised and slightly allergic to being told what to do at every step.
You'll work directly with the founders across business growth, outreach, hiring, operations and everything in between. No two days will look exactly the same and that's the point.

What You'll Do:
Documentation: Create and maintain docs, trackers, SOPs and records. Basically, make sure the company doesn't run on someone's memory.
Hiring: Screen candidates, take initial calls and coordinate interviews.
Business Development: Research prospects, find opportunities and help generate new business.
Outreach: Reach out to potential clients,



handle responses and keep follow-ups moving.
Meetings: Coordinate and schedule the founders meetings and track next steps.
Pitch Decks: Turn rough ideas into sharp, convincing pitch decks and proposals.
Founder's Office: Work directly with the founders on projects, research, problem-solving and random things that suddenly become important.
Growth: Help identify and execute ideas that can bring in more clients, revenue and opportunities.
