Hosting some of the largest, most prestigious trade shows and corporate events in the world, IEML is a hub of global commerce and culture. As we continue to expand our footprint—both within our Greater Noida venue and through proprietary events across the country—we are looking for a visionary creative leader to shape our brand narrative and elevate our event experiences.

Role Summary

We are seeking a agile Creative Director who is equal parts visualizer, storyteller, and event producer. In this pivotal role, you will be the ultimate custodian of the IEML brand and its portfolio of proprietary events. You will build comprehensive brand and creative guidelines from the ground up, set the visual tone and communication strategy, and streamline the look and feel of our existing events locally and nationwide.
Working at the intersection of design, marketing, and event production,



you will lead a talented design team and collaborate seamlessly with our Marcom and Event Project teams to deliver world-class, immersive event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Stewardship & Narrative Development
· Establish Guidelines: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive brand and creative guidelines for the IEML venue and all IEML-organized events.
· Set the Tone: Define the overarching brand narrative and tone of communication across all consumer and B2B touchpoints (digital, print, spatial, and experiential).
· Monitor & Enforce Compliance: Act as the "brand guardian." Monitor all creative output to ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all internal departments and external partners.
2. Event Visualization & Experience Design
· Set the Look & Feel: Conceptualize and drive the visual identity, spatial design, and overall aesthetic for all IEML-owned exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
